SHIPPING POLICY

At Cozy Nook (GetCozyNook.com), we focus on providing fast, reliable domestic shipping across the United States so you can enjoy your cozy ambiance essentials as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship directly from US-based fulfillment centers via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

• Standard Shipping (2–5 Business Days): $4.99 on orders under $50.00
• Free Express Shipping (2–5 Business Days): FREE on all orders $50.00 and over

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch rather than the date of order.

3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's portal.

4. P.O. Boxes & US Territories
We ship to physical addresses and P.O. Boxes within the contiguous United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

5. Missing or Delayed Packages
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@getcozynook.com with your name and order number, and we will gladly investigate it for you.
